Apparently Bob and Clint have Twitter and a new band, and there is an some unreleased Moffatt song (that is amazing!) – so much awesomeness over at the blog. Lots of videos of Bob and Clint’s new band, called Like Strangers.
I wish I had the time and dedication to keep this site as up to date.
I just found the most awesome thing on youtube ever… I repeat ever.
Someone out there are been working hard at posting hundreds – yes hundreds of Moffatt videos online. Tons of rare songs and videos to keep you busy for ages.

It is really nice to see there are still fans out there working hard to keep The Moffatt’s music alive. It also came as a huge surprise that there is stuff on there I have never seen and songs I have never heard… crazy, check it out! Of course there is also lots of goodies to bring back the memories.
Also stumbled upon this site today as well that has a HUGE list of Moffatt songs available to listen. Also Hidell, Same Same and Two Bullet Parade. Few new songs there, but nothing most of us haven’t heard I am sure.
I am listening to some of these songs now. Here is one I haven’t heard before: Turn It Up. Enjoy.
Stumbled upon this today: Scott Moffatt on MySpace Music. Old News to some I am sure, but totally new to me. There are a few songs there.
Honestly, not all the songs sound like him singing… so some could just be the work he has produce/written or what not. Anyway just thought I would share and let you people know I am still around. There was a lot of things I wanted to do to this site; but it was going to take time – and I don’t know how many people out there still care. Leave me a comment if you do.
Was doing some cleaning tonight and came across my stacks of pictures I hope to one day actually add to this site. Anyway here are just a few:
It’s funny – with all these bands reuniting to tour I keep hoping the Moffatts will announce their tour next. Backstreet Boys, Hanson, New Kids on the Block… and then today I found this article (thanks to some fans at iam.walkingbehind forums). An interesting read with a brief mention of The Moffatts, though no mention of a come back tour.
” Canada’s most successful answer to the kiddie craze was a Victoria-based quartet of adolescent brothers, The Moffatts. They felt so hindered by the public’s perception of them as a boy band as opposed to rockers that they broke up in 2001 when they were still extremely popular. The brothers went their separate ways and in trying to launch solo careers most of them have taken pains to distance themselves from their boy band roots. They didn’t respond to interview requests for this story.
In 2003, while struggling to recast himself as a hard rock-emo artist, Scott Moffatt told a reporter that he was determined to break away from the boy band stigma, even if it meant disappointing old fans. “When we look out into the audience we often see a lot of the kids disperse as the shows go on,” he said. “We’re fine with that though, ’cause we expected it. . . . We’re doing something different from The Moffatts.” “
I wish they would come back and do a tour… even if just a tour – just to see them one more time! I would really love to go see the Hanson show… it’s not The Moffatts but I would still love to see it. Unfortunately they play in the area on September 10th (a Wednesday) and I am already going to see Backstreet Boys on the 5th… so I think Hanson is out of the question this time around (no pun intended) – hopefully they will be back in the area soon.

The Wonderful ‘Purple’ was able to dig up this MySpace page where we find out that Bob and Clint’s new band is called Two Bullet Parade – very cool band name if you ask me!

Wow – just WOW!
There is a new user to YouTube – Ken Davis, he spent years filming the Moffatts and is kindly – very very kindly – adding his collection of videos to YouTube. I can not wait to get home tonight so I can watch them all!
He currently has 157 videos added and sounds like he is going to be adding more! Some the videos including footage back to 1990 – their FIRST EVER TV performance and the Tommy Toy commercials that Clint and Scott did!

I remember how I used to record EVERY little thing on TV (I am sure that box of tapes is still around somewhere… all 30+ of them, haha) – I can’t even image taking them off VHS and onto the computer – compressing them – and then taking the time to upload them – that would take hours and hours and hours. Yikes. Thank you Ken for taking the time to share your video collection with us!
I know I haven’t been updating much – just been really busy with work – I got two new Moffatt cds in the mail! yay!
